Sophie
Trainee Integrative Counsellor
Hi, I’m Sophie, a trainee integrative counsellor in my final year of study at Langley Training. I offer a calm, safe and supportive space for my clients where they can fully be themselves and talk through the challenges they face, without judgement. My training enables me to combine a range of counselling techniques (Psychodynamic, Person Centred and CBT) to meet your specific needs, and I have experience working with anxiety, depression, burnout, anger, grief, self-harm and low self-esteem.
I also have a special interest in working with neurodivergent clients, anxiety and burnout and have taken additional training to develop my knowledge in each of these areas to be better equipped to support individuals whether they are curious, have a formal diagnosis or are supporting family members.
Alongside my training as an integrative counsellor, I also work as a solution focused hypnotherapist and coach in my own private practice following a corporate career in London, bringing a knowledge of neuroscience, NLP and deep relaxation techniques to help support clients too.

I have many years of experience supporting young people and, over the last few years, a wide range of adults.
